1 tsp sugar or honey
black pepper
6-10 chopped scallion onions
3 cloves minced garlic
2-4 tbsp korean hot sauce (see pictures below)
Mix thoroughly (may marinate overnight if desired). Simmer in fry or sauce pan until pork is cooked and tender (about 1/2 hour). Serve with rice.
